No Experience Necessary
The key component that a franchisee needs to bring is a positive attitude, enthusiasm and an appreciation for customer service. We provide 10 weeks of paid training and tuition in all Bumpa Man auto body repair services. Our training will ensure you achieve WA Government certification as an auto body repairer and technician status in our S.M.A.R.T. repair systems. We also have on-call field support and assistance and ensure the latest equipment and technology is used in our processes.
Training and Support

For this reason, we take your training very seriously and insist on 10 weeks of on-the-job paid training and tuition to ensure that you have the skills and techniques to achieve our standards and represent the company. Your success is our success and we will have you trained in the Bumpa Man S.M.A.R.T repair techniques and licenced by the WA Government to carry out vehicle repairs.

This forms the basis of our weekly work and provides regular and consistent turnover.
